My Spring Break...

My Spring break was going to be a full week of crazy fun.  Instead it turned into cleaning and organizing our apartment to get ready for the unexpected move.  But you know what? It's going to be worth it! Besides, after the move we're off to Disneyland, so I can handle it!

We are looking for someone to "take over" our lease here.  They'll technically be signing their own lease but I don't know what else to call it.  Here's a link to the craigslist posting.  I'll also just copy and paste the actual posting right here on the blog.  We're the only 2 bedroom apt available in the entire complex and we were told there's a waiting list for the 2 bedrooms so I'm not worried about finding someone...but we'll do our part to get the place leased :)

We are looking for someone to take over our lease at Stonebridge Apartments. It will be available the first part of May. This has been a great place for us to live, we just need a bigger place now. We are the only 2 bedroom apartment available in the entire complex so this will go quickly. Our apartment has 1 bathroom and a huge walk-in closet with a little vanity. It's roughly 1,000 sq. feet. Some of the great things about living here:

Washer/Dryer Hook-ups
Laundry Facility
Dishwasher
Disposal
Patio/balcony
Walk in closets
Covered Parking
Exercise Room
Close to Shopping & Freeway
Tennis Court
2 Playgrounds
Basketball Court
and the most important...A POOL!

We're on the 3rd floor so we have an awesome unobstructed view of the Wasatch Front. We're also big fans of the extra storage closet out on the patio.

The deposit will be paid to the office and is $225 OAC or $350.

Contact RaeLynn at 801-803-4028 to come take a look or email me with questions. If I don't answer, please leave me a msg. I will be at work and may not be able to pick up immediately but I will call you back when I can.

Thanks!

It looks amazing. And you know we are all super jealous of your Disney trip right??? The best part about spiffing up your apartment though is that it will be nice and clean when you get back from your vacation. That's like double prizes!!

Congrats on the upcoming new place! How exciting. We're currently in a 2 bdrm apt as well and it is driving me CRAZY!!! No space, no yard, older kids teaching my son bad words, you know what I mean. Our lease is up in May and we can't wait. I'm so happy to hear you guys are doing well! And that President Monson experience is incredible. Brought me to tears just reading about it.
