Seriously Spencer...

Meet Cole's cousin who happens to live just a few doors down. They are both walking now--which makes chasing each other much more fun. I am pretty sure it wasn't fair to have Spencer crawling around trying to catch up to Cole who would leave him in the dust. Let the games begin.
