My confession...


I have a serious obsession with Gain Laundry Detergent. I actually went to the website today (ilovegain.com) what a cool name for a website! Anyway, today I was outside with Cole playing in the grass and I could smell Gain from another apartment building...I seriously had to follow my nose to see who was using it. Is that creepy? I know. Here are some funny facts about my obsession:
* I'm more likely to keep up on laundry when I have Gain
* I like to let the clean clothes sit on the couch for a day or so so that the smell gets soaked up in the couch.
* When I smell clothing that was cleaned with Gain, I inhale repeatedly like I can't get enough oxygen.
* I know my obsession is FREAKISH, but I can't help it, so I pretty much don't care if people think I'm weird.

Okay, do you like the fruity mango-y gain? If you do, I don't think we can be friends! I actually purchased it when I was preggo with Owen and seriously, I thought I would throw up after I opened the box. I have a serious full box of this stuff and I don't know what to do with it! I have to admit I haven't gotten a wiff of the original gain, maybe I would be okay with this!

I agree- a commercial with you sniffing up the scent is GREAT!!! I hope they google themselves onto your blog, and hire you to do a commercial. This is a fantastic obsession! You are RAD!! We should have been better friends...

That's awesome. Rae. Don't worry, I have those obsessions too with other things. I'm addicted to the frozen smell in my freezer. Sometimes I'll just stick my head in the freezer and sniff if for a couple minutes... I'm feeling ya.

yeah, i'm totally gonna try it now too. also, they aren't lying on the Oust commercials either-- they really DO eliminate odor. I just put one in our laundry room cause that's where the dog food is, and the doggish odor is totally gone. LOVE OUST.
