My favorite thing #7
No favorite things list would be complete without mentioning my little iPod shuffle.
I know I've already blogged about it, but this little lady ( I supposes they're females) is one of my favorite things for so many reasons. Music has a big impact on me. It can relax me, energize me, make me happy and move me to tears. I love to use my ipod when I clean (especially if Cole is napping--I can't blast music, but I can blast out my ear drums). I love to use my shuffle when I exercise and I love to use my shuffle when I need some quiet, relaxing "alone" time. If you haven't seen a shuffle in real life, you need to. They aren't much larger than a quarter. It's insane! There is a little clip that clips on to your shirt, or bottoms and you don't even notice it. How times have changed. I remember using my dad's WalkMan and feeling like I was lugging around a 5 pound bar bell. Steve Jobs (the CEO of apple) might be an arrogant jerk, but he is a brilliant one.
