BORED

So we're sitting here in the pre-op room and we've been here for over 2 hours now. I guess that's how things go in hospitals...pretty unpredictable. Good thing we have this laptop. Here are a few pictures we've taken. Notice how we started off so "excited" and then so dramatic and now we are just BORED and want to get this taken care of already. This could be a very long day!! I have no idea why the pics are cloudy. I guess I need to clean the lens.

I know I'm nerdy for documenting this entire thing (you have no idea how obnoxious I've been about taking pictures but all the nurses insist that I'm not as annoying as I think I am. heh. I guess that's a good thing eh? It's just that this is Danny's first time having ANYthing medical done. He's never even had a dang cavity! Or had his wisdom teeth out. So it's high time he experience the hospital :)
We'll keep you posted (if) when anything exciting happens...like the recovery. We all know how exciting that is!

Didn't know Danny was having surgery. I hope it's not anything too major and that everything goes well. I hate waiting to go into surgery.

I am sure you are not annoying patients. I would love it if my patients were funny and excited about surgery.

Good luck with the surgery. Ask the recovery nurses if he says anything funny. Most patients do and it's hilarious.

@Aubry - It wasn't anything serious. Just a small hernia next to my belly button. We're home now and I'm feeling high as a kite (first time on Lortab). Everything went well. I'm surprised that I can type this, but I'll probably read it later and it won't make any sense. :o)
