Simplify


Have any of you read this blog? I'm tellin' you--it's got some really good ideas. I'd say about 70% of the time it's inspiring and 30% of the time it totally stresses me out. Ironic. It's got so many good ideas on how to simplify, organize, strengthen your marriage, be more productive and live frugally. The problem is that when I read it, I feel overwhelmed with how much I could be doing and it makes me painfully aware of all my homemaking flaws. I know it wasn't created for that purpose but I'm just being real. If you want to feel like you just don't measure up--READ IT! But seriously, it is a really good website for ideas. You should check it out. They should be paying me for sending traffic their way...

Yeah they should be paying you! I have a few sites like that. So I can only check them occasionally. I can't do guilt on a daily basis. It's not good for my self-induced ulcer. :)

Speaking of stress. I was in Maceys in West Jordan the other day. I was running late to my mom's house but then, suddenly, I was in the Gain aisle. And all I could think of was, "I should really buy some of this for Raelynn and take it to her house as a surprise." And I debated forever but knew I was late but was trying to justify it...

I never came. Sorry. But know I was thinking about you!

I'm totally going to check out this website because I NEED to simplify!

i bookmarked this actually a while ago when you first posted it, i just never commented. but i've gone to it several times and have used some ideas. great find!
