The polls are closed...the time has come

The winner of the graham cracker house/ark is as follows:

We kicked their butts.  I say this with all the humility in my heart.  But we did.  We thought for sure they would throw us DOWN but we figured it would come down to this: either people would love that they went for creativity with the ark idea or they'd be more traditional and just vote for us because of the details.  That's pretty much what people said...so if anybody wants to challenge us to a duel.  Please feel free.  We'd love to destroy your self-esteem.

KIDDING.  But we'd love to take you down...eh, I mean...have a friendly competition with you :) By the way, the only reason I'm talking so much trash is because Danny does the intricate detailing.  I'm pretty good at basic decor and helping create the structure and I totally did the marshmallow roof.  Just sayin'.

These are the peeps we were pretty sure were going to beat us.  I'm not kidding.  We were nervous but we put on our game faces.  Every year (but one) since we've been married (and even the year we got engaged) we have done a friendly little contest with a different couple.  It has turned into a really fun tradition that we WILL keep.  These two were tough competition and rumor has it that Adam is already planning for next year.
