Quotable Cole & I'm a Cougar

I want to record a few things that won't get written down unless I do it right now (sometimes I post things on Facebook and forget to record it).

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week at school and on Wednesday the kids brought flowers for their teacher.  After school, Cole must have taken inventory on my flowers and said "Mom, my teacher has way, way, way more flowers than you do.  My class probably just loves her more."

Cole redeemed himself today however, when he said "Mom, you are just so, so, so, so adorable.  I could just eat you up."

And my personal favorite which has nothing to do with Cole:

Today I walked in RC Willey and the greeter says to me "Whoa, look out! We've got a Cougar on the loose!" He was also looking at my chest.  I am kind of stunned because the only way I use cougar is to refer to an old woman who has a crush on a younger guy or boy.  So I was pretty taken aback.  Then I looked down and realized I was wearing a BYU sweatshirt.  It's a good thing too, or that guy would have been asking for free tickets to the gun show :)

BAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Best story of my day. LOVE IT!

When I moved into my new house we knew it had been built by the BYU booster club, but we didn't know it had been nicknamed the "Cougar House" by the association, and all the neighbors referred to it by that name. So I had a very weird first meeting with a male neighbor when he referred to me as the Cougar living in the corner.

GUH?

The worst part is he was with his teenage son!!
