Work Party

Danny's work always throws a pretty fun little shin dig for the kids each year for Christmas. Then they do a separate formal dinner for the adults. Cole loved getting his candy cane balloon, meeting Santa (he really didn't do too bad, he looked a little uncomfortable, but didn't fuss at all), met some Elves, and watched Shrek 3 while eating hotdogs, cookies and apple juice. Every kid's dream right? He loved all the trees and even the lights from the chandeliers. They hold the party in one of the ballrooms, because there is plenty of room, and it's a good thing--because dang...there were lots of people there! The one thing Cole insisted on not taking a part of was the face painting. He wouldn't even let the woman near his hand. He looked very uncomfortable the entire time, and kept whining for us to leave. Danny got a snowman, and still hasn't washed his hands. Gross, what if?
