Brunch with Jen
I love that I keep in touch with so many High School friends. It's amazing that after 11 years we still like each other :) But seriously--I love knowing what's going on in their lives and I love that most of us live relatively close. Jen lives in Cali and when she's in town we like to celebrate. We had brunch with her the other day and had a fantastic time. I love these pictures and have to explain each one...
1. This is a picture of Mary's son named Coleman and my little guy named Coleman. Don't they look like they could be brothers? If you want your boys to be cute, name them Coleman--it's a sure fire way to have an adorable son.
2. Rachael eats babies. That's all there is to it. I wonder how Ezra feels about it.
3. Cole is trying to put his arm around Linny (Rachael's girl) and has his hand around her NECK. Notice how nonchalant she looks. Hilarious.
4. Mary and I have been friends for SEVENTEEN years. We met when I was 11 and I turn 29 this month. Holy cow.
5. Poor Liz is pregnant in August--can you feel her pain? We were jokingly congratulating her for smiling for a picture even though she's feeling miserable.
6. This is Wendy's version of the faces that people make on the FOOD Network. It doesn't matter what the food tastes like, they are always like "Oh, wow!! This is amazing!" Luckily in this case, the food WAS amazing. Toasted sourdough bread, turkey breast, feta cheese and marinated vegetables. Yum!
7. Another smiling picture with me and Liz. I had to grab her butt to make her smile--but whatevs. (Kidding)
8. The group that morning. There are plenty of people missing from this picture but we had a good turnout and had a fun time. We were super impressed with the photo skills of a random 10 year old. Rach, seriously--who was that girl? Aren't my friends beautiful? Gosh.
9. This is what Cole did when I asked him to say "cheese". Not sure what he's doing but Linny is trying to copy it. Too cute.
