The road ahead of me...

Last year for our SIL's birthday, Danny made a killah birthday cake.  It was red velvet with chocolate chunks, cream cheese frosting and strawberry and cream cheese filling between layers.  THEN there were chocolate dipped strawberries on top and white and milk chocolate drizzled over the entire cake.  I'm going to take this on for Danny's birthday cake.  YEP.  Am I a fool? Probably.  Will it look this good? Probably not.  Here's how it looked last time and it was a total hit.  Color me nervous...
