A bit of randomness for your enjoyment
Here's a little conversation I had with Danny (while I was asleep).
Me: I have a secret, he reminds me of Kermit the Frog.
Danny: Who does?
Me: Grandpa Egan. The way Grandpa sings in Relief Society.
Danny: What song does he sing?
Me: The Kathryn McPhee song.

I then proceeded to totally giggle until I woke myself up from laughing.
Other random thoughts:
We're out of milk. Why is it when we're out of milk that I always want something that needs milk to complete the meal? Like, not just drinking--but to mix it into the food.
I love Rascal Flatts.
I want to learn how to play the guitar, piano and violin.
Danny and Cole are laying on our bed GUFFAWING while watching America's Funniest Videos. It makes my heart happy to hear. :)
Our Primary class is so cute. I'm pretty sure we have the best Primary class out there.
Even though I'm sad that Summer is coming to an end--I am SOOOO EXCITED for Fall. The smells, the leaves, the food (heh) and the chilly air.
Today I had a mini breakdown. It felt pretty good afterwards. It usually does. Things will work out. They always do.
I have a couple of friends who have mad photography skills. I'm so jealous. I wish I had the time, talent and equipment to do that.
There is definitely a time and season for everything. Right now I'm wishing I had time for so many other things but a while ago when I actually had the time to do it, I wasn't doing it--and I was wishing I was doing what I'm currently doing. Confusing? Probably. How many times can I say "Joy in the Journey"?
Things I'm stressing about:
How Cole will do in school this year
Keeping my goals and staying motivated
Turning 30 (I REALLY don't want to...it's depressing to think about)
Things I'm loving:
Owl City
Our new apartment
Texting
Things I'm looking forward to:
Cole's birthday. I can't believe my baby is going to be 5. Good grief.
Getting a new car.
Fall---> Halloween ---> Thanksgiving ---> Winter --> Christmas!

And you are not the first person to say that they hate turning 30 of my friends, and I just don't get it. We are still young! Maybe I'll get it next year... :) Ah man, I miss you!
And my boys love AFV too.
