Want to stir up trouble on Facebook?

It's way easier than you think. Just type something that's bugging you. Make it about:

1. Religion
2. Politics
3. Women

There is your formula. You'll have plenty of responses before you can even refresh your page. You'll offend people all over the place. You'll get pity when you weren't asking for it AND you'll make people paranoid that you're annoyed with them. All the while annoying OTHERS.

So now I'm in a tricky spot. I'm either the bitter girl who can't get pregnant or the girl who airs my dirty laundry out for the whole world to see. Tough one. I truly don't want to be pitied. I am genuinely HAPPY for people that are having babies--but I sometimes feel like people don't believe me.

Don't feel guilty or awkward around me because you're pregnant. Don't feel guilty or awkward around me because you have more than 1 child. I am actually capable of feeling joy for other people. It boggles the mind, but I really am.

Having said that--I am entitled to have moments of weakness where I feel sad. That's a normal part of life. My problem is that I happen to say things on Facebook (and this blog) instead of a few close friends who can take it at face value--a bad day...not an underlying hatred for all women capable of carrying babies.

This is a predicament I never would have been in 10 years ago because I didn't feel comfortable saying how I really felt about things. But now I'm a huge blabber mouth. I was also told on Monday that I'm judgmental...by a family member. That was cool. So I've got some work to do. I'm certainly not perfect and will never claim to be (unless I'm being sarcastic).

Time to zip it and join the rest of the world in only sharing the awesome things in my life. That's what people like to hear so that is what I'll share!
