Danny's latest creation


My dear friend Tiana was married today. We had the privilege of making her wedding cake. The bottom tier looks kind of blue in this shot--but I promise you it was a majestic purple :) I thought it turned out rather well! We've never done just a two tier cake, but it was nice and simple--just the way the bride wanted it. Danny is so talented. I hope someday he can do this more, and not have to work for the Post Office. I'm sure he'd agree...

Looks amazing Danny!! What do you mean hopefully he won't have to work for the post office anymore??? Thats like the only time I get to hang out with you guys...you are there in spirit haha

So I have this great idea that we should have a halloween party and require Danny to create some sort of spooky cake (how much would he charge for such a creation?) and you could still be guests...so you know, just think about it. :)

p.s. mostly it's an excuse to get everyone to come over and eat food again, maybe watch a psuedo scary movie like "watcher in the woods" which actually really is scary, but supposedly doesn't count because it's disney. :)
