Turkey Day Top Ten # 10
Last year I came up with a grand idea to do a 10 day countdown to Thanksgiving by listing things I was grateful for each day. Now, I know this idea is TOTALLY original and that not only has it never been done but it might never be done again by anyone else. Please keep that in mind. I am a few days behind so I'll be editing the date that I actually made these posts. This is the only lie I have ever told. Ever. And these are in no particular order...
I know I take it for granted. I'm thankful for texting. I know it's impersonal sometimes but it is a huge time saver for me because I'm chatty. Plus, it's easier to use if I'm at work and have to contact someone but can't talk on the phone. It's quite ironic that the very thing I'm grateful for is almost always lost (or at the bottom of a swimming pool!) but I have been very lucky for good hand me down phones.
