Day 6: Filing

When we were first married our filing cabinet rocked.  I kept up on it pretty good and now...I'm struggling.  I'll have a filing fit every 6 months or so until I want to die and then it piles up for another 6 months.  Well, we're still not perfect but the good thing that Danny's got me doing now is SCANNING things.  If it's something I don't really need to keep an original of, I scan a copy and then SHRED it.  If it's a bill or something I want to hold on to for a year or so--I'll file it.  I needed to organize the filing cabinet a tad more so I've done some updating.  Nothing major but it's simplifying my life :) Up front I've got all the stuff we use very regularly and then after that, it's all alphabetized.
