Nativity with the Millers
When we had family dinner with the Millers, we did the Nativity (same as last year) and it was awesome. There was a special Spirit having Kai (Nate & Mae's newest addition) as the baby Jesus. It was cool to have a real baby there and to have Raevyn holding her sweet baby brother. I found a Nativity script online that was pretty adaptable for younger kids and changed it up enough to where I liked it. Kam has a friend who has this really nice set of costumes. Melissa and I used them for Primary and a family party so we got good use out of them. I hope this is a tradition we can keep alive.
Cole wanted to the the Angel Gabriel
Kai was so good the whole time. He didn't even make a peep! With the singing disbursed throughout the "program" it lasted about 15 minutes, too.
Cole also took his job as the star of Bethlehem very seriously.
Everyone up for the final bow. As the director, naturally I was expecting a huge bouquet of roses but it didn't happen. Next year, I guess... ;)
