Valentine's Day

 V-day was super low key this year which was just fine with me. I'm all about celebrating but I just wasn't feeling up to making it a big deal this time around. This picture makes me laugh.

Cole getting his Valentines ready. He insisted on getting two different kinds of Valentines. He didn't want to give the boys a "girly" Power Ranger. So we splurged for another pack.

I offered to go in and help out with the class party and it's a good thing I did! One of the moms failed to mention that she could only stay for 15 minutes and she was running a game that required a lot of supervision.

 
The room Mom is a major overachiever. Just look at this spread. She made labels for the mini water bottles that I know she had to have found on Pinterest. She's also 8 months pregnant and has 4 kids. Who has the time to do that? I probably appreciated it more than the kids.

When we got home we sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine. Cole wanted to take some pictures of me and this is how they came out:

We got at least one semi-decent one :)

We then made a list of things we love about Dad, wrote them on hearts and scattered them around the house. Dad busted out a delicious dinner for us:
