It's about time...

Danny and I have been fans of IKEA since living in Arizona and visiting the Tempe, AZ store. We would literally go there just to walk around. We actually had some date nights out of it too (cheap, good exercise--if you think I'm kidding, imagine a Costco x 10) and a quick bite to eat to top off the visit. We are so happy that they've come to Utah...so if anybody posts a comment on here about it being "laminated garbage" I will hunt you down. :) Can you tell I read the KSL website and get irritated with non-ikea fans? I do have to admit...that it totally cracks me up how you feel you're entering a theme park. It's like a glorified Wal-Mart, with flags. So, combine the MTC (flags), a theme park feel, cement floors and floods of people--and there you have it. Oh yeah, did I mention it's like a massive warehouse? Go back and do the math equation. I just want to say that I know their products might not be the best in the West, or the East, or any direction for that matter, but it's affordable, trendy, modern look is very appealing to young families like ours who can't buy "real" wood, and have it delivered to our luxurious home by 2 sweaty, stinky men. Plus, Danny likes putting things together. It's like legos--with power tools!
