Some Things Never Change
I know some people think that thumb sucking is dangerous, that it's a bad habit, and that your kids will have buck teeth, etc. (but I had massively jacked up teeth, and I wasn't a thumb sucker, so...I see no solid evidence). ANYwho, Cole had a long day, and probably didn't get in his usual naps because he was with Grandma White, and he's funny lately about napping anywhere but in his own crib. So, when he got home, he kept saying "night night", making it very clear that he was ready to hit the sac. I snuck in his room because I wanted to stare at him (he was gone all day and I totally missed him), and I had to take this picture because he still sucks his thumb, he still loves that orange and blue blanky from Sister McBride, and he is still the cutest little boy I've ever had the honor of knowing. So, even though he needs a haircut in the worst way, and even though he's not wearing his "real" pajamas--he is my baby boy, and I love him to pieces. He's going to be two very soon. And I will officially have a toddler. I love you Cole!!
