December Part 1
I have to be honest. This year wasn't a fantastic experience for us at Festival of Trees. I love to go and make a contribution to such a good cause and it is so entertaining but it is getting to the point where it is SO crowded that it kind of takes away the fun of it all. It's stressful to find parking and unless you like being packed like sardines into slowly moving lines--it's not going to be your cup of tea. The bottom picture shows how we ALL felt after just over an hour.
Every picture we take with any of my Grandparents means so much to me. I wish COLE would realize how meaningful it would be some day :) I don't think I have any pictures with my biological Grandma Egan because she had cancer when I was born and died 3 days later. I think she was too sick to hold me so things like this are a big deal to me.
Usually we make a big deal out of having a Gingerbread House Contest but this year time just crept up on us and it just didn't happen. So, we did an easy-going one over at the Whites. To simplify and save time, we just used this cardboard box as the structure for the house. You're welcome for the idea...
On to...the Miller Family Christmas Party:

The whole fam-damily. (Not a swear, since I spelled damn wrong on purpose).
Ok, now THAT was a swear.
Ok, now THAT was a swear.
Nate was taking the picture, Mom was home sick and the Kansas Millers are...well, you have ONE GUESS. Boooo on having out of state family. :(
Ugly Sweater Party. Danny was such a good sport :)

And...I just really like this picture of my handsome husband.
More to come...
