I discovered that Cole will eat anything if it is shaped like a car (or a star). Whole wheat pancakes with light syrup...sssssucka!


I caught these shots unbenownced to him...he was checking out the double sided mirror in our bedroom, and making faces at himself.


This has got to be the best one. It's the side that magnifies your face.



My baby is getting so big! I can't believe he's 2 1/2.

very cute! it is amazing what kids will eat when they are in shapes. try a veggie car. . . not sure how you would do that. . . but maybe it would work!

The way Cole's laying on the bed makes me think of a Seinfeld episode - where George is sprawled on the couch in his boxers.

Again, he's so cute! I love seeing kids discover how things work (the mirror) and how you can trick them by doing silly things (the pancakes). The other day we ordered Shalie macaroni at a restaurant and it wasn't macaroni noodles (penne pasta instead) so she wanted nothing to do with it. I stuck them on the end of a straw and she ate them that way since she loves straws. Ha ha!

Asher pointed at the picture of Cole and said his name. I think we are getting some face recognition here. Also, he loved the pictures of Cole eating cookies, but there he simply grunted "cookie" in his most guttural voice.
