April Showers Bring May Flowers

I don't want to brag, but dang. I've been playing around with our camera and got some pretty great pictures today. It was around 6:00 p.m. and the lighting was great. It wasn't very warm outside, but you'd never guess by looking at these. I guess I can't really brag, since I didn't do much, but point the camera at beautiful objects. I just discovered the "super macro" mode and am really enjoying it.

OK- I've never bragged about being the smartest girl, but I read my stinking camera manual cover to cover this weekend, and got all excited about this 'macro mode' thing you are talking about. Your pictures look awesome. I still don't get it...but the manual sure makes it sound cool.

OK since many of you and I share the same camera--I'll give you the tip. If you hold down the "macro" button on the side of the camera (and just keep holding on) an "S" will appear inside a flower meaning you are now on super macro mode. It's pretty sweet!
