Cheesy Chicken Noodle Soup

I don't know the origin of this soup but I like to credit my SIL Angie who introduced it into the White Family.  I'm not much of a soup person (and neither is Danny) but this is a soup that we both LOVE.  I'm not even going to bother asking if you want the recipe because you DO.


Cheesy Chicken Noodle Soup

1 C of each: chopped carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, cauliflower & whatever else...zucchini is awesome too.
10 tsp chicken bullion
2-3 chicken breasts
Velveeta cheese
"Country Pasta" homemade style egg pasta

Bring about 10 cups of water to a boil.  If using frozen chicken breasts, cook them in the water as it boils.  Add veggies and 10 tsp of bullion (one per cup of water).  Cook for 10 minutes then add chicken and pasta.  Cook for 20 minutes while slowly adding Velveeta on low heat.  The recipe calls for about 1 lb. of Velveeta but I use a little more to balance out all the veggies :)
