On Cole's birthday I sat down with him and tried to ask him some questions...Danny was the scribe and it ended short because Cole got bored with all the questions so I might do it another time--we'll see.  Until then, here's what's on his mind.

What is your favorite music?
Primary music and the number 1 and the number 2 and the number 3.
What is your favorite food?
Eggs and bread and macaroni and cheese and rolls.
Favorite treat?
Chocolate
Favorite subject in school?
Kitchen, learning centers, playdoh, cars, animal doctor.  
Favorite thing to learn about at summer camp?
The Ocean.  Whales, fishes, octopuses, squids, seahorses
Do you love school?

Yeah, and I love talking about science. And I love watching Sid the Science Kid.  My favorite Sid the Science Kid is the song talking about worms and decay.

What do you like to do with Dad?

Watching him playing with his legos.  Play games and toys.  Go to Grandma White’s.

What’s your favorite thing at Grandma White’s?

Playing with toys, eating macaroni and cheese and hotdogs, I like to have water and juice.  I like to see Grandma White and Grandpa White and Rah-Rah and Amy.  I love to build a house with somebody.

What do you like to do at Grandma Miller’s?

Play with toys upstairs in her playroom.  I like to have parties there.  I like to see Grandma and Grandpa and Papa and Grandpa’s workshop.  Play with some things in her closet, her legos.

What’s your favorite thing to do outside?

Go on the slide.  At school I love to have lunch, snack and recess.

Who do you like to play with at recess?

Sometimes I play with my friend that plays the snake game and sometimes I play with Madison.  

What do you play with Madison?

I don’t know.

Who is your favorite friend?

Alex. (Mom laughs and shakes her head)

Isn’t Madison your favorite?  Are you just saying that to be funny?

(laughs) yeah

Whats your favorite thing about Mrs. Johnson?

Having math.

What do you like about her?

Because I love to have naps at school, and have the months of the year, the days, like (sings) Sunday Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday, Saturday. There are Seven Days of the Week!

Mm-hmm.

Ummmm... God Bless America.  (sings it)

A firefighter, just like we saw at Costco.

Color and say prayers.  Sing the birthday song.
