More random December

We have loved that Aunt Amanda has a little one Caleb's age. They are almost exactly two months apart. Amanda came to visit one day and we had to do our motherly duty by getting some side-by-side pictures of them.

One day for Scouts, they went to the Fire Station to pass off an activity and Cole wore the free plastic hat the next day. Like, all day long. We ran several errands {afterall, it was December}. I think we hit up five stores to be exact and he wore it dutifully to every single place. Oh, to be eight again and not have a care in the world.

When I asked him why he was wearing these sunglasses inside Target he said, "Because Mom, I feel like they make me look cool."

More off-track shenanigans. 5 weeks is way too long to be off-track without most of your friends/cousins. I can't believe we made it. It's not like we could just run to the park or the pool like we were used to doing. We got creative and made it work.
