Mom's 60th

This year my mom turned the big 6-0 so we all met up to surprise her at the Old Spaghetti Factory. A favorite of ours. All of us kids have worked there with the exception of Brian and then I got my Mom a job there too. We are big fans of the Spag. My mom was led upstairs to where we were all sitting and didn't even notice us! She just thought we were a huge party but didn't bother looking around. It was pretty funny.

Danny did a cake for her which turned out super cute. I did the banner so...I'm basically a cake decorator. It was tricky making a cake of this size without my mom putting things together. Danny just said it was for one of my friends. She didn't ask questions but we figured she suspected something {turns out she didn't}.

We had a good time visiting and got a picture with John. He has worked with ALL of us which is pretty cool. I have really good memories of my time there. I started out as a busser, then was a hostess and then before my mission I was a server.

My mom was giddy the whole night. She said if she could float, she would be! I think it was good for her to get out and spend some time with family in a place we all love. Happy 60th, Momma!
