First time visit to Gardner Village w/ Bubbers
I should be doing something productive since I have a small window of time between now and when I have to leave to go pick up Cole. I can't help it. I love to blog and there are so many fun things to blog about.
Last week Tiana sent me a text and said she was in town and that a bunch of friends were meeting at Zupa's for lunch. I said I'd be there but with Caleb napping like a champion after a rough night, I just couldn't bring myself to wake him up and I missed the lunch. I saw Mary and Val driving away while I was just pulling in to a parking spot. I called Tiana to see where she was headed and she mentioned she was going to meet Heidi at Gardner Village. I haven't been there in a long time so I opted in. I also don't see Heidi much so it was kind of a given.
We had a great time strolling around in the sunshine. It was a gorgeous day. A little chilly but gorgeous. We didn't get to really talk since there were a million kids running different directions but it was fun to think that not so long ago {or at least I like to think so} we were just hanging out in the choir room after school or during lunch and now we have kids that need diapers changed, sippy cups filled, bodies kept from leaping into ponds and other such tomfoolery. Life is good.

Tiana never reads my blog so she'll never know I'm posting this. But this is one of the reasons I love Tiana. She's real. And she steals my phone and takes pictures like this:
